Please join us for this wonderful annual event. All funds raised stay in the local cummunity. We will feature DJ Tom Rood, a dinner buffet, cash bar, dancing, raffles, 50/50 and a great time!

Note to Vendors: Be specific as to what you are selling. If it is not listed on your application you may
be asked to stop selling an item.
Dealers, such as Scentsy, Thirty-One Gifts, Pampered Chef will be limited to 1 dealer.
FOOD VENDORS WILL HAVE TO SUPPLY THE BOROUGH WITH A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING THE BERWICK BOROUGH AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED.
2024 VENDOR APPLICATION / INFORMATION
- Vendors with trailors may pull in as early as Wednesday 10/2/24
- Other vendors may pull in Thursday 10/3/24 Go to the Riverfest office across from the Main Stage. Someone there will tell you your spot number and where it is.
- Overnight security is Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
- Event hours are
Friday noon to 9pm,
Saturday 10am to 9pm,
Sunday 10am to 6pm - PLEASE CLICK ON HOW TO MEASURE YOUR TRAILER. IF YOU CAN NOT FIT IN THE AMOUNT OF SPACE YOU ORDERED WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AND YOU WILL BE MOVED ACCORDINGLY.
